Chief technology officer – Technology takes a central role in our strategy
Ville has been part of Climecon since 2016, starting as Product Manager for the professional kitchen business. He now steps into the role of CTO, where he will be responsible for product development, research, and the company’s technological direction.
At Climecon, Ville is known as a “walking knowledge bank,” someone you can turn to for anything—from professional kitchen ventilation to a quick IT tip. Ville describes himself as a pioneering type of person, motivated by a genuine passion for future solutions in the construction industry.
A sales professional’s leap: Dima Pukki becomes a product manager
Dima will take responsibility for the entire professional kitchen business, both in Finland and internationally. His more than 10 years of experience in various sales roles is reflected in his energetic, hands-on approach. He quickly and confidently took on the responsibilities of Sales Manager, earning a trusted position both within the team and in the industry. Dima is positive, adaptable, and thrives in diverse environments, and having a strong “can‑do” attitude is important to him.
