Meet the team: Mikko Erikson

Let us introduce you our sporty Sales Manager and the father figure of the office, Mikko Erikson.

In addition to being a team leader, Mikko is specialized in chemical air purification. His contribution for making people breathe cleaner air is outstanding: Mikko has been improving the quality of our customers’ indoor air at Climecon for already 20 years! During his years at Climecon Mikko has had a chance to grow up with the company while gaining more responsibility and taking up new challenges. Over time his respect towards his employer has only grown.

What Mikko most appreciates in his job is socializing with customers. When working, both with customers and Climecon team, Mikko’s main principle is honesty. For him promises are meant to be kept: “When we promise, we deliver” Mikko sums up.

All his spare time Mikko dedicates to sports, both to his childrens’ and his own. Mikko himself can be found either at a gym or running outdoors.

Get to know: Esa Huuskonen, Director of Selection Programs

Over the course of 17 years, Esa Huuskonen has built up strong and diverse experience from within the company. He has been involved in nearly every aspect of ventilation design and product development – from leading projects and software development to improving product energy efficiency and performance. Alongside these responsibilities, he has taken on an important role in managing product data within design programs and key systems, where the accuracy and up-to-date nature of technical information are essential.
